Hacktoberfest events are happening all month long so you can join your friends day or night, from dusk to dawn, as you work to complete your pull/merge requests. Join us for an action-packed, 7-hour solo sprint! Whether you're a beginner or an advanced builder, this schedule gives you maximum focus time, expert feedback, and a platform to show off your build.
Event Day Timeline
09:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Check-in & Doors Open
Arrive early, set up your workspace, check your Wi-Fi connection, and get ready to code.10:00 AM – 10:15 AM | Opening Ceremony & Hackathon Kickoff

Morning Phase & Initial Mentorship
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Mentor Check-in #1 (Ideation & Feedback)
Mentors will visit your station to review your project idea, offer guidance, and help unblock any technical challenges.12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Live Session #1 (Optional)

Grand Finale: Pitches & Winners
04:00 PM – 04:15 PM | Announcement of Top 10 Finalists
Judges reveal the Top 10 solo hackers advancing to the live pitch stage.04:15 PM – 05:15 PM | Top 10 Pitch Stage
The Top 10 hackers get the stage to pitch live in front of all attendees and judges (e.g., 2-minute pitch + 1-minute Q&A each).05:15 PM – 05:45 PM | Winners Declaration & Closing Ceremony
Judges evaluate the pitches, select the Top 3 Winners, announce prizes, and wrap up the event!
