Event Description
HackDays Ahmedabad is a mini-hackathon organized by the IEEE Computer Society at Nirma University, hosted with IEEE TechnOdyssey. A fast-paced event where participants come together to build, experiment, collaborate, and solve real-world problems—turning ideas into working projects within a limited time. For this event, participants are required to leverage Snowflake resources—ranging from data APIs to machine learning models—to power their solutions. Whether you're a first-time hacker or an experienced builder, HackDays Ahmedabad is a space to learn, create, and connect with fellow innovators.You can choose to participate entirely on your own or team up with others, with a maximum limit of up to 4 members per team.
*Everyone in the team has to be registered in the event, team ups will happen during event!

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM · 7 Hours
9:00 – 10:00 AM · Entry & Check-in
- Participant registration and attendance
- Team verification and event briefing
- Workspace setup and settling in
- Meet and connect with fellow participants
10:00 – 10:15 AM · Welcome & Opening
- Welcome address
- Introduction to the event
- Rules, guidelines, and judging criteria
- Quick overview of the day's schedule
10:15 AM – 2:45 PM · Build Time
- Teams work on their projects
- Mentors and organizers available for support
- Collaboration, development, testing, and refinement
12:45 – 1:15 PM · Food Break
- Food and refreshments available
- Teams may take a short break and recharge
2:15 – 2:45 PM · Project Submission
- Finalize projects
- Submit project details and required deliverables
- Ensure all submissions are complete before the deadline
2:45 – 3:45 PM · Project Demos & Judging
- Teams present their projects
- Judges evaluate projects based on the announced criteria
- Q&A and brief interaction with teams
- Final evaluation and winner selection
3:45 – 4:00 PM · Winners & Closing
- Winner announcements
- Recognition of participating teams
- Closing remarks
- Event wrap-up and group photo
